Pursuant to Minnesota Statute 500.216, the Association is authorized by Minnesota law to set certain conditions on an Owner’s right to install a solar energy system on their dwelling. This form must be submitted along with an Owner’s architectural change request in order for the application to be deemed complete. This form must also be accompanied by any and all documentation substantiating the satisfaction of the conditions set forth below.

You will need to submit all documents at the same time. Partial submissions will not be accepted.

NOTE: Solar System installations often require several meters to be installed in close proximity to electric meters. Because Williamsburg Village has zero lot lines and homes are often so close together, you may be required to install a small area of fencing to hide them from view by neighbors after your system has been installed.
